We are looking for a **mid‑senior IT Project Manager (5-8 years of experience)**to join our EY Managed Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating end‑to‑end service delivery projects and ongoing managed service engagements, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous service improvement.
You will act as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients, managing scope, timelines, risks, and resources in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented and client‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT Managed Services projects and service engagements from initiation through delivery and transition to steady‑state operations
Act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and high levels of customer satisfaction
Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring delivery aligned with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and service expectations
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including technical teams, operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders Identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks, escalating issues and proposing solutions when required
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency, performance, and value delivered to clients
Ensure proper governance, documentation, reporting, and adherence to EY methodologies and client requirements
Support service transitions, onboarding of new clients or services, and change management activities within a Managed Services context Prepare and present regular project status reports, service updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Services, Managed Services, or Service Delivery environments

  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in international or matrix environments

  • Good understanding of service delivery models, SLAs, KPIs, and operational governance

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

  • Project Management certification

  • Experience working with global clients and distributed teams

  • Background in IT Operations, Application Support, Infrastructure, or Cloud-based services

  • Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks
