Your key responsibilities As an Intern you will have a unique opportunity to engage in various aspects of our projects, including: Industry research : conducting in-depth analysis of industries and market trends to understand the dynamics and opportunities for our clients Company financial analysis : evaluating company financial statements and performance to identify strengths and weaknesses Financial modeling : creating and analyzing financial models to assess potential investments and business strategies Meetings with investors and bankers : collaborating with investors, bankers and CFOs to negotiate and optimize transaction terms Corporate strategy support : assisting in formulation and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives Optimization and value creation : identifying opportunities to enhance performance and create greater value for our clients Skills and attributes for success • Fourth to fifth year full-time economics university student • Basic knowledge of finance • Analytical and logical thinking • Fluent in English and Slovak • Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel – advanced level) What we offer you · Working conditions and flexibility Home office and flexible working hours: Take advantage of the home office option and schedule your week according to your needs.
