About the role
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, Taxation, or a related field

Advanced degrees such as MBA, Masters, LLM, or professional qualifications like CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or equivalent are advantageous
-
Extensive knowledge of high net worth individuals’ market: needs, network, way of communication, etc
-
Great understanding of personal taxation, internation and corporate taxation, legal considerations
-
Over 10 years of relevant experience with private clients, preferably within professional services firm,
-
Ability to understand clients’ issues and provide value and complex solutions attracting several service lines and geographies
-
Strong leadership, client centricity, communication skills, organizational, project management.

Preferably vast business acumen of professional services and family office businesses
-
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-
Fluent in English
-
Proficient in computer skills
-
Willingness to travel as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist partners in generating new business opportunities, building long-lasting client networks, and growing the client base in the region through marketing and business development initiatives

Delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality client service

Manage client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, implement standardized processes, and drive performance-improvement solutions

Collaborate with other service lines, geographies, and diverse work groups to build advisory services, related opportunities, and long-term relationships

Create, lead, retain and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a positive learning culture, and coaching team members to aid their development
