EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution team focuses on addressing CXO’s key agenda, covering strategy creation, operational optimization and deal execution.

This high-performing team has grown rapidly over the last two years and has experienced hires joining from top management consulting firms. We are very active in the market with several deep accounts focused on key sectors of Consumer products, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, TMT, Industrials, Automotive and Energy.

Your key responsibilities

• Delivering value as part of a core engagement team working on a CXO level strategy and transformation agenda – projects range from market entry strategy, growth / turnaround strategy and go-to-market strategy; commercial due diligence, post-merger integration and divestments; digital, cost & organization transformation and rapid value creation.

• Independently leading engagements end to end, with responsibilities spanning from planning the engagement, structuring the team, driving execution, leading stakeholder engagements and managing engagement economics.

• Driving business development efforts, along with sector leads.

• Mentoring junior team members to drive client impact and support their professional growth.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong problem-solving skills and high degree of comfort with quantitative analysis

• Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, ensuring communications are logical, persuasive and tailored to the audience

• Ability to develop strong and lasting client relationships

• Strong project management and leadership skills with commitment to deliver high quality work

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with undefined situations

• Flexible to travel to within and outside Singapore (mostly ASEAN) based on engagement needs

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A master’s degree (MBA will be an advantage)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with top strategy firms (preferred) and leading corporates

• Work experience in strategy, operations, or large-scale business transformation programs

• Experience of working in one or more of the following sectors would be an added advantage: Consumer products, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, TMT, Industrials, Automotive and Energy
