The opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and tenacious Project Manager to drive product success by bridging the gap between development and the end-user. You will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive product success by bringing the product to users

• Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user interviews.

• Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives.

• Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre-release.

• Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.

• Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in building digital products.

• Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.

• End to end experience working with product team to build products.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing.

• Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.

• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.

• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.

• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Professional certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional.

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science or Product Management.

• Hands-on experience with collaboration and design platforms like Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq.
