Overview
The Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learning Functional Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Oracle Cloud HCM solutions related to talent management and Learning for our organization. They are responsible for understanding our business requirements and configuring the Oracle Cloud HCM system to meet those needs. This role is essential in ensuring that our talent management and Learning processes are effectively supported by the Oracle Cloud HCM solution, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand talent management and Learn requirements.
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules related to talent management and Learn, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Participate in the design and implementation of talent management and Learn processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the functionality and performance of talent management and learn modules.
- Provide guidance and support to end users in utilizing talent management and learn features within the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
- Participate in project planning and management activities related to talent management and learn implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate talent management and learn solutions with other systems.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and updates related to talent management and learn functionality.
- Assist in the documentation of talent management and learn processes and configurations.
- Participate in training and knowledge transfer activities for talent management and learn modules within the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Relevant experience of 3 to 7 years in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a focus on talent management and learn for at least 2 implementation projects
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding talent management and learn processes and translating them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM security and access controls related to talent management and learn modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learn modules is preferred.
- Experience in conducting user training and providing ongoing support for talent management and Learn functionalities.
- Understanding of HR best practices and regulations related to talent management and compensation.
