The opportunity
We are looking for an SAP Success Factors Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional HR transformation services to our clients. As an SAP Success Factors Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing Success Factors solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs, design and configure Success Factors modules, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will help organisations streamline their HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve their strategic HR and people goals.
Your key responsibilities

Work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
-
Prepare and conduct blueprint workshop
-
Configure and perform unit testing on the system
-
Document, resolve and escalate issues
-
Perform data migration tasks
-
Develop Functional Specifications for FRICEW development
-
Develop authorization design and matrix with business process owner
-
Define test scenarios, test scripts & conduct UAT
-
Responsible for Key User Training
-
Conduct final system cutover and data migration
-
Provide post implementation support

To qualify for the role you must have

Minimum of 3 years SAP working experience in either support of project implementation experience in related SAP HCM, Successfactors.modules
-
For project implementation role, you will need to have minimum one full lifecycle implementation of your core module
-
Willingness to travel for project assignments
Ideally, you’ll also have

Prior consulting experience and background
-
SAP, Success Factors Certification
