The opportunity

The Strategy and Execution team in EY-Parthenon recognize that CEOs and business leaders are tasked with achieving maximum value for their organizations’ stakeholders in this transformative age. We challenge assumptions to design and deliver strategies that help improve profitability and long-term value. This team help develop and deliver strategic opportunities for clients by providing in-depth market, competitor and customer insight — incorporating financial, operational and implementation perspectives across their entire organization.

Your key responsibilities

• As part of a core engagement team, you will work on various strategy and transformation initiatives. Projects will include market entry strategy, growth / turnaround strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, divestments, cost and organization transformation and rapid value creation.

• Lead independent projects or modules within engagements, including structuring the module, gathering data, conducting analysis, and formulating recommendations.

• Share and align findings with clients to ensure understanding and agreement.

• Interact with client counterparts on a daily basis to foster collaboration and maintain alignment on project objectives.

What we look for

• A Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is preferred).

A minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in a strategy or consulting firm, with significant expertise in Consumer Goods & Retail in some of the following areas:

• Commercial - including strategy, go-to-market (GTM), revenue growth management (RGM), commercial transformation, Digital/AI led initiatives.

• Operations - encompassing cost reduction, supply chain transformation, procurement transformation, sales and operations planning (S&OP). etc.

• Retail commercial and operational transformation.

• Willingness to travel to client locations within Singapore and internationally as necessary.
