- IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- About the Role We are looking for an experienced professional to deliver and support finance process improvement projects with a strong focus on stakeholder management and project Delivery. This role requires 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in finance process improvement and finance function processing, coupled with the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across various regions domestic and international.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver finance process improvement projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals.

Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders including finance teams, IT, vendors, and business units.
-
Drive process improvement initiatives across finance functions such as AP, AR, R2R, reporting, compliance, and controls.
-
Oversee the implementation of finance automation tools and system upgrades in collaboration with technology teams.
-
Develop project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
-
Mentor and guide junior team members and consultants supporting process improvement efforts.
-
Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
-
Ensure change management practices to promote seamless adoption of new processes and tools across the finance organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Chartered Accountant (CA)
-
5-7 years of experience in finance process improvement and finance process management.
-
Proven experience in Finance process project management would be considered a plus.
-
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
-
Hands-on work experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and automation platforms.
-
Experience in EPM Solutions (Hyperion, Board, Anaplan, etc.)
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
-
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
