Role name and description Tax Senior – SAP S4 HANA/FICO with DRC E Invoice

Indirect Tax has 9 sub-functions which manage Global accounts. Indirect Tax is spread across 8 GDS Locations. Our footprint extends to over 30+ countries in the world and looking at expanding it to over 50+ countries soon. We help country practices streamline and manage large engagements for several clients. Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S4HANA/ECC R2R and Indirect Tax configuration. The role requires strong functional understanding, the ability to work independently, and involvement in multiple implementation cycles.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work on SAP S4HANA/ECC R2R workstream (minimum 2–3 end-to-end implementations).

  • Configure and manage indirect tax solutions within SAP S4HANA.

  • Support configuration and maintenance of generic VAT return processes.

  • Provide functional support in Direct Tax processes including Fixed Asset Depreciation and Withholding Tax.

  • Execute Indirect Tax reporting including VAT reports, EC Sales, Intrastat, and other GL-related statutory enhancements.

  • Use the “Run Statutory Reports” Fiori app to generate compliance reports.

  • Prepare and analyze EC sales, Intrastat, SAF-T, and cross-border compliance reports.

  • Apply strong understanding of indirect tax laws and business applications.

  • Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and support client workshops and documentation.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SAP DRC for E-invoicing/E-reporting.

  • Familiarity with tax engine integrations.

  • Consulting background preferred.

  • Ability to deliver high-quality outputs and manage assigned tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, organized, and able to work in fast-paced environments.

  • A team-player, dedicated to exceptional client service

  • Monitor the performance and create opportunities for growth and guide the counselees on enhancing the technical and non-technical skills.

  • Identify the training needs and organize the trainings

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • High level knowledge and experience of a local country Indirect Tax Compliance.

  • Knowledge of Global Indirect Tax Compliance and the associated processes.
