Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The Opportunity

As part of our EY-BPM team, you will help clients in developing state of the art applications to optimize business processes leveraging Pega Development platform. You would be responsible for owning the development, testing and deployment of enterprise level Pega applications which can be easily scalable, extendable with minimal customization.
Using your expertise in Pega, you will help our clients make better decisions and get work done with real-time AI and Digital transformation.
We’re looking for candidates with strong technology and data understanding in Pega space, having proven delivery capability. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm as well as a part of a growing BPM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain front-end applications using React.js.

• Build responsive UI components with CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and modern styling techniques.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.

• Implement reusable component libraries and enforce development best practices.

• Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage application state with tools like Redux or React Query.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve existing codebases.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of professional front-end development experience.

• Strong hands-on proficiency with React.js, Hooks, and functional components.

• Excellent understanding of CSS3, responsive layouts, animations, and cross-browser support.

• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) knowledge.

• Experience with state management frameworks (Redux, Zustand, MobX, React Query, etc.).

• Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

• Solid understanding of Git workflows.

• Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.

• Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and UX/UI best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Next.js (highly advantageous) — SSR/SSG optimization, routing, API routes, performance features.

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

• Agile/Scrum team experience.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to mentor junior engineers.

• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
