Business Content Development Analyst

Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

We are looking for an Business Content Development Analyst, a motivated professional who help us to craft high-impact materials and drive operational excellence by supporting internal processes and governance across the AI & Data practice.

We’re looking for a curious, detail‑oriented professional to support operational excellence within the AI & Data Practice. You will collaborate with AI/Data Engineers and business leaders, crafting high‑impact client materials and ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency across all communications. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and design.

Your key responsibilities

• Create and refine presentations, proposals, and offering materials that explain complex AI & Data concepts to technical and business audiences.

• Coordinate client visits and workshops, managing logistics and preparing materials.

• Standardize CVs, capability decks, and sales content to align with strategic positioning.

• Maintain accurate, compliant, and visually consistent documentation.

• Safeguard brand quality across internal and external deliverables.

• Support internal processes (structure, documentation flow, knowledge management).

• Drive continuous improvement of operational and communication practices.

Skills and attributes for success

• Ability to simplify complex inputs into clear, visually compelling materials.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect insights.

• Solid business understanding of AI & Data value creation.

• High attention to detail, quality, and consistency.

• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 1.5+ years of experience in a corporate environment (consulting, tech, AI/Data, strategy).

• Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong visual communication abilities.

• Experience with documentation standards and governance.

• Independent work style and end‑to‑end ownership.

• Excellent English (C1/C2).

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience creating executive‑level presentations and proposals.

• Interest in developing AI & Data expertise.

• Familiarity with corporate branding guidelines.

• Basic knowledge of Azure and modern data platforms.
