Join our dedicated reward team within the people advisory services department, consisting of remuneration experts, technology enthusiasts, and data wizards spread across 5 offices in Belgium. Our team focuses on improving reward policies and practices, supporting clients on topics ranging from reducing employment costs to setting up compensation & benefits strategies. We continuously update and inform our clients of legislative changes and innovations.

Your role:

As an experienced project manager within our Reward Team, you will coordinate and oversee internal and global projects, ensuring each phase—from initiation to completion—is executed efficiently and aligns with client objectives. You'll collaborate closely with international colleagues and external partners, leveraging your structured and organized approach to managing deadlines, budgets, and risks across multiple reward-related initiatives. By delivering clear and timely project updates, you'll keep stakeholders informed and engaged in decision-making.

Your key responsibilities:

  • You coordinate and oversee internal, global projects from initiation through to completion. This means you are responsible for managing every phase of a project, ensuring that all steps are executed efficiently and that objectives are met according to plan.

  • You closely monitor deadlines, budgets, and potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear and timely reports to management to keep everyone informed of progress and any emerging issues.

  • As part of your role, you regularly collaborate with (inter)national colleagues and external partners, ensuring a well-established and effective network that supports project success.

  • You play a key role in maintaining transparent communication by presenting project updates, engaging relevant stakeholders, and making sure that everyone involved is kept up-to-date and actively participates in decision-making processes.

  • Your approach to work is highly structured and organized, allowing you to maintain an overview of multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

  • You take initiative to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and deliver better outcomes for both the organization and its clients.

Your Profile

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, demonstrating a collaborative and innovative approach

  • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Dutch or French as an advantage

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to connect with global teams

  • Highly organized, structured, and proactive in managing tasks and responsibilities

  • Excellent skills in people management, time management, problem-solving, and taking ownership of outcomes

  • Proven team player with a genuine passion for leadership

  • Strong sense of responsibility, always prioritizing the needs of customers, stakeholders, and users

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including the ability to present complex topics to executive audiences in a clear and persuasive manner to support decision-making
