Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

As part of our EY GDS Poland:
- Finance Consulting Practice, you will have an exciting opportunity to support our clients in implementing finance transformation tools. This includes working on client projects involving Blackline, Redwood, Tagetik, One Stream or Anaplan, where you will help clients choose the best applications and explain the underlying financial concepts. You will also support us in proposals for clients, enhancing our service offerings.
Your key responsibilities

Tool Implementation: Lead and support clients in the implementation of finance transformation tools such as Blackline, Redwood, Tagetik, One Stream and Anaplan.

Financial Concepts: Explain underlying financial concepts to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and functionalities of the tools.

Client Advisory: Help clients choose the best applications for their needs, providing strategic advice and recommendations.

Client Proposals: Support go-to-market efforts and development of client proposals and RFP responses, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.

Communication and Presentation: Deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients, articulating the benefits and outcomes of finance transformation tools.
Skills and attributes for success

Core Consulting Skills: Strong data analytics and interpretation, structured problem-solving skills, project management skills, and market insights.

Communication Skills: Excellent articulation and presentation skills.

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English; German language skills would be a plus.

Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization and influence others towards a common vision or goal.
To qualify for the role, you must have

Tool Implementation Expertise: Strong experience in implementing one of the tools eg. Blackline, Redwood, Tagetik, One Stream and Anaplan.

Financial Concepts: Ability to explain underlying financial concepts to clients.

Client Advisory: Experience in advising clients on the best applications for their needs.

Client Engagement: Ability to engage with clients and provide strategic advice on finance transformation tools.

SQL skills: Ability to effectively use SQL skills for implementing, customizing, and maintaining the tool during the project phase.

Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience
Ideally, you’ll also have

Language Skills: Proficiency in German / French.

SAP Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP systems is a plus.

Additional Tools: Familiarity with other finance transformation tools and methodologies.
