The opportunity
As part of our Digital Engineering & Technology team, you will lead the development and delivery of next-generation 3D collaboration, simulation, and immersive experiences using NVIDIA Omniverse and Metaverse technologies. We’re looking for a senior with deep expertise in 3D platforms, cloud, and AR/VR, who can drive technical strategy, manage high-performing teams, and deliver innovative solutions for enterprise clients. Your key responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers building Omniverse extensions, connectors, and Metaverse integrations.

Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for Omniverse/Metaverse initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, robust, and high-performance 3D workflows and immersive experiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, cloud, AI/ML) to deliver integrated solutions.
-
Ensure adoption of best practices in software engineering, agile delivery, and DevOps (CI/CD).
-
Manage project planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery of milestones.
-
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.
-
Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
-
Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring quality and security standards are met.
-
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and represent the team in enterprise-wide forums.
Skills and attributes for success

A background of working with development best practices.
-
Proven experience in leading engineering teams in 3D graphics, AR/VR, or Metaverse projects.
-
Strong technical background in Omniverse, USD, Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
-
Familiarity with AR/VR frameworks (Unity, Unreal Engine) and real-time rendering (RTX, PhysX).
-
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.

Ability to work iteratively in an agile, collaborative environment.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for continual improvement.
-
A willingness to be flexible in responding to issues as they occur and the ability to identify product/deployment improvements to mitigate future occurrences.

To qualify for the role, you must have

BTech/MTech OR master’s in computer applications or related field
-
3-5 years of sound industry experience.
-
Strong in following technologies.
-
Hands-on experience with Omniverse, Metaverse, or similar 3D collaboration platforms.
-
Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and DevOps practices.
-
Track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
Ideally, you’ll also have
-
Experience with AI/ML workflows in 3D environments (e.g., RAPIDS, NIM LLM).

Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
-
Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance in cloud-based 3D applications.

Experience working in global, distributed teams.
