In this role, you will be mainly responsible to leverage AI to enhance HR processes, including implementing solutions like Copilot, to improve efficiency, decision-making, and employee experience. Next to this, we have also a variety of client projects, such as: Change Management – putting Human@Center Skills strategy & strategic workforce management Culture assessments & Leadership development HR transformation Key Responsibilities As a member of the People Consulting team you’ll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences.
