As we strive to develop a world-class practice, we are seeking a Senior Consultant who is passionate and eager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be mainly responsible to leverage AI to enhance HR processes, including implementing solutions like Copilot, to improve efficiency, decision-making, and employee experience. Next to this, we have also a variety of client projects, such as: Change Management – putting Human@Center Skills strategy & strategic workforce management Culture assessments & Leadership development HR transformation Key Responsibilities As a member of the People Consulting team you’ll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences. In your role as a Senior Consultant focusing on AI in HR, you will be expected to Drive projects with a focus on the design and delivery and help client in balancing Automation and Human Touch Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals related to AI adoption, employee needs and pain points Devise the optimal approach to adopt AI & change management within a specific client context Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement plans to ensure buy-in and support for AI initiatives Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights and feedback from employees, ensuring their voices are heard Build client capabilities in adoption AI in the organization and support them in investing in training and upskilling Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the solutions Monitor and evaluate the impact of the initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives with other business processes and projects Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EY’s expertise in this domain Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients Skills and Attributes for Success 4-7 years professional experience, in Program management, consulting, and/or in the Financial sector Knowledge of AI applications, preferably in HR and HR technologies A continuous enthusiasm for championing the people agenda in organizations A motivation to support the growth and development of our team Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and support client teams through different initiatives Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in French and/or Dutch Proactive, client-oriented mindset Strong collaboration abilities in working together with a team Growth mindset Eager to learn What working at EY offers Join a leading global professional services firm Become part of a successful team of professionals genuinely passionate about their work Enhance your technical knowledge, as well as your soft skills, through an extensive learning & development schedule Get individual coaching and mentoring and learn from more experienced professionals, who will support your growth both in your career, as well as in terms of personal development Interact with your colleagues on international level due to our integrated EMEI structure for the financial services Make your mark on the financial services, working cross borders At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
