CBS - MKT - ME-CE-Account Activation:

Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • The Alliance Relationship Director for Microsoft is responsible for enabling and executing EY’s alliance strategy with Microsoft. This role focuses on driving joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, co-innovation of technology-enabled services and solutions, and managing all aspects of the strategic relationship to accelerate EY’s sales and market presence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment & Planning Define and execute alliance strategy in collaboration with EY Service Lines, Markets, and Microsoft counterparts. Lead annual business planning, revenue targets, and joint goals with Microsoft. Relationship Management Manage governance, program oversight, and compliance for the alliance. Facilitate top-to-top executive relationships and strategic engagement. Go-to-Market Execution Drive joint GTM campaigns, solution development, and field enablement. Increase pipeline and win rates through collaboration with Microsoft sales and technical teams. Operational Excellence Implement a disciplined operating model for alliance management. Oversee reporting, performance metrics, and alliance intelligence. Marketing & Brand Expand EY’s brand presence through joint marketing, events, and thought leadership. Coordinate internal and external awareness campaigns. Commercial & Contract Management Negotiate alliance agreements and manage compliance. Ensure EY’s participation in Microsoft programs and marketplaces.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

  • Bachelor of Business Administration

  • Bachelor of Computer Applications

  • Master of Business Administration

Experience

  • Project Management (6+ years)
