You’ll be a part of a very dynamic team focused on the following types of projects:

Corporate and growth strategy – providing in-depth market, competitor and customer insights and leveraging financial and operational perspectives to implement strategic plans;

Transaction strategy and execution – projects across the whole deal lifecycle (e.g. Commercial Due Diligence, Value Creation Plan, Post Merger Integration);
-
Turnaround and restructuring strategy – projects focused on solving business issues in critical and complex situations to reshape for a better future.
Regionally and locally, our focus is on the Financial Services clients, including:

Banks;
-
Insurance;
-
Payments;
-
Asset management;
-
Fintechs, neo-banks;
-
Financial intermediation;
-
Leasing, factoring, non-bank lenders;
-
Portfolio transactions.
Your scope of duties:
-
Leading projects for Financial Services clients;
-
Supporting business development;
-
Developing and mentoring junior team members;
-

Our requirements:

Experience in Financial Services markets strong track record in strategy consulting 5+ years within a Strategy or Big 4 consultancy or blue chip industry organization;

Experience in managerial role;
-
Fluency in Polish and English;
-
Strong experience in leadership, managing complex business projects and team play attitude;
-
Strong internal and external business development acumen;
-
Strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills.
