The opportunity
We are currently seeking for Payroll professionals to support our team and help our clients in payroll outsourcing projects at different industry sectors. Actively establish internal and external relationships. Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues. Uphold regulatory standards, maintain alignment with firm policies and professional excellence while at the same time adapting this expert knowledge to address individual client challenges.

Your key responsibilities

Data input & processing in payroll software; data export and testing for accuracy, completeness and reasonability compared to data input

Administration of payroll process and preparation of monthly payroll

Responsible for monthly social security obligations and submissions of analytical periodical declarations
-
Calculation of compensation package for resigned/dismissed employees
-
Processing employees’ time and attendance information for working hours/sick leaves/leaves/overtime hours etc.

Act as a point of contact for payroll inquiries while managing ongoing legislative changes and updates
-
Undertake the preparation and submission of statutory documentation through the electronic platforms of ERGANI, Sepenet, etc.

Communication with social security and labor authorities

To qualify for the role, you must have
-
Excellent academic background, a bachelor’s degree in Αccounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
-
1-4 years of experience in process payroll calculations
-
Experience as user of SCAN HRMS and/or Employee Self-Service (ideally)
-
Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
-
Knowledge and experience to the information system of the Hellenic Ministry of labor (ERGANI)
-
Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English to work with multinational stakeholders

Experience and knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
