Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Thorough understanding of SEBI compliance regulations and frameworks relevant to SEBI and merchant banking operations. Experience in conducting merchant banking assignment and assessments in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ability to analyze financial statements and data to provide insights on merchant banking assignment outcomes and compliance impact. Proficiency in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks effectively. Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in general consulting to enhance client engagement and service delivery within the merchant banking domain.

• 5+ years post qualification experience in compliance and company secretary domain
