Senior AI & Automation Developer About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Developer to lead advanced projects leveraging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), IDP, NLP, Azure Functions, Python, Graph and Vector Databases. You will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring technical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of AI & Automation solutions aligned with business objectives

  • Architect and deploy Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) across industry verticals

  • Ensure robust integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution roadmaps

  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in AI development and deployment

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive innovation within projects

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML and automation development

  • Strong expertise in Python and frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Keras, Langchain, MLflow)

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-3/4, BERT, T5) and fine-tuning techniques

  • Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and Knowledge Graphs

  • Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms and integrating with enterprise applications

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
