SAP Project Manager with French

Location: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

As a part of our global Consulting team, you will participate in international projects, leading programs for our global market clients. You will support clients through their IT transformation journeys by developing and proposing business visions and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions. You will be involved in working on challenging assignments, assisting our clients through their transformation and organizational change journeys, while creating industry-leading solutions in project management services.

Your key responsibilities

• Support clients in their business and organizational transformation journeys, becoming a trusted advisor in project management subject matters.

• Provide consultation and recommendations based on client requirements and develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.

• Work with various teams to ensure that client requirements, budgets, and milestones for projects are met.

• Participate in SAPConsulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.

• Collaboration with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAPsolutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

• Report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

• Design, test, and implemen SAP solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP implementation projects and/or module configuration & support in large-scale projects within distributed multicultural environments.

• Experience in end-to-end project implementation and project stream/team lead experience.

• A higher education degree, preferably in business, technology, science, or engineering.

• Excellent English language skills in written and spoken communication.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Share Point, and other project management tools.

• Ability and willingness to travel (if needed)

• French Language

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

• Knowledge of additional European languages, particularly German.

• Experience in change management, business analysis, and process transformations.

• Experience working at consulting companies.

• One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, or SAP Activate certification.
