Senior Consultant/Manager – R&D, Supply Chain & Commercial (Life Sciences)Service line: Business Consulting | Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore/Hyderabad | Experience: 8- 14 years Role Overview Lead cross-functional transformation programs across R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial functions for global life sciences clients. Drive end-to-end delivery including planning, governance, stakeholder management and value realization across complex, multi-functional initiatives.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program management across R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial workstreams Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies and risks Establish governance including RAID logs, executive updates and steering forums Drive stakeholder alignment across business, operations, and technology teams Manage program financials and benefits realization Drive process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives Support transitions, knowledge transfer and stabilization phases Identify risks and drive mitigation across functions Skills & Experience Strong program / portfolio management across large-scale transformation programs Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, Commercial and Supply Chain Clinical trial management, regulatory operations and quality processes (R&D)Demand planning, logistics, inventory and supply chain performance management Brand planning, campaign management, launch excellence and field force enablement Experience in process optimization, digital transformation and analytics-led decision making Exposure to ERP, CRM and data platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Veeva etc.)Strong structured problem-solving and consulting delivery experience To Qualify8–14 years experience in program management or transformation roles Proven experience delivering cross-functional programs Strong stakeholder and communication skills Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferredPMP / PRINCE2 preferred Good to Have Experience in GBS / GCC environments Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience Exposure to global transformation programs About the Team You will be part of a high-performing consulting team delivering large-scale transformation programs for leading global life sciences organizations.
