The opportunity EY is looking for a Manager to join its Audit team at KSA office to lead on complex audit engagements and support business growth. In this role, you will build and strengthen internal and external relationships while ensuring high-quality work is delivered to clients. You will identify and escalate risks, foster a positive learning culture, and mentor junior team members to support their development. Your key responsibilities As a Manager, you'll manage the delivery of audit engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the Senior Managers, Associate Partners or Partners and executing it in compliance with Ernst & Young's policies and protocols. When required, you'll personally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement. You’ll also assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders as well as participate in business development initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Seven years of professional experience in external audit Strong academic record and professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/ CPA/ CA Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm Ideally, you’ll also Experience of risk-based audit process Coaching, mentoring and counselling experience Experience in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region Proficiency in Arabic Language What we look for We are interested in entrepreneurs who have the confidence to develop and promote a brand-new strategic vision both internally and externally.
