About the role

Job Description: Product Manager / Program Manager / Business Analyst (AI‑First Product & Advisory)About the Role

We are strengthening and modernizing our product capabilities within a rapidly scaling technology consulting practice. While the organization has built products before, we are now elevating how products are conceived, engineered, and delivered — with a sharper focus on AI‑first principles, repeatable processes, and long-term scalability. You will play a key role in shaping this next generation of product-building within a Big 4 environment, while also advising clients on product strategy, AI adoption, and future-forward solutions.

We are looking for an AI‑native, highly adaptable product thinker who moves seamlessly between product vision, customer discovery, program structuring, and hands-on execution. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, energized by dynamic priorities, and excited to work in environments where both the customer problem and the product direction evolve rapidly.

This role spans:

  • Internal product incubation

  • Client-facing product & AI advisory

  • Hands-on experimentation with GenAI

If you thrive in high-velocity environments, enjoy vibing with code, and love shaping 0→1 products, this role is for you.

--- Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define the vision, direction, and success metrics for AI-led internal products and solutions.

  • Set clear product goals around reliability, resilience, and future-proofing, especially for GenAI-based applications.

  • Conduct competitive and market research—academic, commercial, and emerging tech—to inform product strategy.

0→1 Product Incubation

  • Drive incubation of new features and products by partnering with customers, engineering, and domain teams.

  • Create repeatable and scalable processes to take concepts from exploration → prototyping → readiness.

  • Validate product hypotheses through rapid experimentation and user feedback loops.

Customer Discovery & Problem Framing

  • Identify user problems, customer needs, and white‑space opportunities across industries.

  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand pain points, workflows, and desired outcomes.

  • Help prioritize a balanced portfolio of near-term customer asks and long-term capability bets.

Execution & Cross-functional Leadership

  • Build strong feedback loops between customer-facing teams and engineering.

  • Prioritize requirements, create release scopes, and ensure smooth, predictable launch cycles.

  • Communicate product direction and trade-offs clearly with leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Metrics & Outcomes

  • Define what “good” looks like—KPIs, usage metrics, performance benchmarks, and qualitative signals.

  • Track and analyze leading indicators to ensure goals are met and value is delivered consistently.

AI Advisory & Client Engagement

  • Support AI advisory engagements with clients—help them conceptualize, prioritize, and design AI-first solutions.

  • Translate business problems into AI-powered product opportunities.

  • Advocate AI‑native ways of working, including prompting, evaluation, applied AI artifacts, and prototyping.

--- Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering + 3 to 8 years of experience in product, project, program management, software development, or equivalent.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Demonstrated experience in ambiguous or dynamic environments where priorities shift rapidly.

  • Comfort working in consultative settings—problem-first, not solution-first.

--- Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in startup-like or** 0→1 product** environments; thrives amid ambiguity and rapid iteration.

  • Deep curiosity for AI, GenAI, and emerging tech with a strong experimental mindset.

  • Familiarity with AI model development, ML algorithms, and cloud technologies.

  • Ability to "vibe with code"—not necessarily writing production-level software but comfortable:

  • reading code

  • experimenting with APIs

  • playing with AI models

  • understanding architectural constraints

  • Strong user-centric mindset with a keen sense for great user experiences.

--- What Will Make You Successful Here

  • You think "AI-first": applying models, automation, and intelligent workflows by default.

  • You can operate in both product mode and** consulting mode**.

  • You learn fast and are excited by technologies that are still evolving.

  • You enjoy shaping the foundation of a product capability in a newly forming ecosystem.

  • You can zoom out (vision) and zoom in (detailed execution) with equal ease.
