Senior Manager – Artificial Intelligence

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, coupled with a strong background in business development and go-to-market strategies. This pivotal role will focus on driving business growth through partnerships, engaging with client executives, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and leading go-to-market initiatives for our AI solutions. The ideal candidate will design and implement advanced AI models and systems while leveraging modern frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph or agentic AI technologies. Additionally, experience in data engineering and cloud platforms will be valuable in delivering scalable and high‑impact AI capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities in the AI and Machine Learning space

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI solutions, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive awareness and adoption

• Engage with partners and client executives to understand their needs and position our AI offerings effectively

• Respond to RFPs and prepare compelling proposals that highlight our AI capabilities and value proposition

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging technical knowledge to provide insights and recommendations on AI solutions

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and AI solution development

Skills and attributes for success

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, with a strong focus on business development and market strategy

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for AI products or services

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels

• Track record of driving innovation and staying updated with the latest AI research and advancements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
