As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Demonstrated expertise in grants management to align operational practices with organizational and compliance goals within India. Proficient in onboarding NGOs and providing thorough monitoring and reporting to enhance program effectiveness. Expertise in implementing comprehensive lifecycle management processes to optimize program execution and accountability. Strong analytical capabilities in evaluating operational efficiencies, focused on fostering continuous improvement in CSR initiatives. Experienced in meticulous data management practices for accurate record-keeping, comprehensive reporting, and tracking of project outcomes. Skilled in ensuring NGO partner compliance with established standards, controls, and relevant governmental regulations.
