Support day-to-day client interactions and workshops under the guidance of Managers and Partners. Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building (templates, tools, POVs). Required Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline. MBA or postgraduate qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, or Strategy is preferred. Experience Typically 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, procurement, supply chain, or cost engineering roles. Hands-on experience in procurement cost optimization, strategic sourcing, spend analysis, or value engineering engagements. EY_Technical Proposal | PowerPoint Exposure to industrial, EPC, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors is strongly preferred. Key Skills & Competencies Analytical & quantitative skills: Cost modeling, data analysis, financial and engineering logic. Procurement & supply chain knowledge: Sourcing, contracts, logistics, planning, and operations. Market research capability: Benchmarking, supplier analysis, and fact-based hypothesis testing. Communication & stakeholder management: Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, executive-level insights. Structured problem solving and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to analytics or visualization tools is an advantage. What Success Looks Like in This Role Delivers credible, defensible cost models and insights that stand up to client scrutiny. Contributes meaningfully to measurable cost savings and process improvements on engagements. Builds trust with clients and internal stakeholders through rigor, clarity, and professionalism.
