Senior Solution Architect (Senior Manager / Director) – Studio+

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect (Senior Manager / Director) to join Studio+ in Jordan. This role will lead the architecture, technical strategy, and end-to-end delivery of modern digital solutions across complex transformation programs. You will combine deep architecture expertise with full‑stack understanding and strong delivery leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and cloud‑native solutions that deliver measurable business value.

About the Role

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading solution design across digital platforms, integration layers, and cloud services. You will shape architectures that align technology with business goals—balancing innovation, governance, and execution—while mentoring teams and contributing to the growth of the Studio+ delivery capability.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform is a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Leadership

• Own and lead the end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale digital and enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Define target-state architectures (business, application, data, and integration) and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles (e.g., TOGAF).

• Drive architecture governance, standards, design reviews, and solution assurance across programs.

Delivery & Technical Execution

• Provide hands-on architectural guidance across full-stack development, integration, security, and deployment.

• Lead solution design for cloud-native and microservices-based architectures, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Oversee integration design using API-first approaches, event-driven patterns, and modern enterprise integration practices.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, data, and platform teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Microsoft Ecosystem (Strong Advantage)

• Architect business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure services.

• Design secure identity and access patterns (e.g., modern IAM approaches) and enterprise integration solutions leveraging Azure capabilities.

Stakeholder & Consulting Leadership

• Engage client leadership to shape technology roadmaps, solution options, and implementation strategies.

• Translate business needs into architectural decisions and guide stakeholders through trade-offs (cost, risk, time, complexity).

• Support consulting activities including solution shaping, estimations, and proposal contributions.

Practice / Team Building

• Lead and mentor architects and engineers; contribute to hiring, capability development, and knowledge sharing.

• Help grow a Business Applications / Digital Solutions practice mindset—building repeatable accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery playbooks.

Skills & Experience (Core Requirements)

• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture and full-stack development, delivering enterprise-scale solutions end-to-end.

• Strong background in designing modern digital architectures including:

• Cloud-native architecture (preferably Azure)

• Microservices and distributed systems

• API and integration architecture

• Security-by-design and enterprise-grade non-functional requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with fluent English.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (architecture, engineering, platform, integration, QA) and building high-performing delivery capabilities.

• Strong delivery discipline with exposure to Agile delivery methods and DevOps-oriented practices.

Preferred / Advantageous Experience

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform hands-on architecture experience (major plus).

• TOGAF certification (or equivalent enterprise architecture credentials).

• Experience in Digital Transformation programs across industries such as:

• Telecommunications (OSS/BSS, CRM, order management, billing)

• Government / public sector digitization

• Investment / licensing / regulated services platforms

• Familiarity with industry frameworks and patterns such as TMF (eTOM, Open APIs, ODA/ODF) in telco environments.

• Experience designing solutions involving:

• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Modern development stacks (e.g., .NET, Java/Spring, JavaScript/TypeScript)

• Observability and reliability practices (monitoring, logging, performance)

• Data analytics and reporting (e.g., Power BI)

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 8+ years’ experience as Solution Architect with a proven track record.

• Certifications strongly preferred:

• TOGAF

• Microsoft Azure (fundamentals/architect-level preferred)

• Platform certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform) are a plus.
