The Team
The Corporate Tax team at EY supports a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial, owner-managed, PE-backed, and AIM-listed businesses, along with multinational inbound and PLCs groups shareholders. We aim to be trusted advisors, delivering a full suite of corporate tax advisory and compliance services. Our work includes:

Compliance and reporting
-
Group reorganisations and restructurings
-
Transaction structuring and support
-
Ongoing tax advisory services related to day-to-day operations
What You’ll Do
-
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients
-
Proactively develop business and contribute to winning new work
-
Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and commercial awareness

Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members
-
Contribute to training, retention, and wider people initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
-
ACA/CTA/Tax Inspector qualification (or equivalent)
-
Proven experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance
-
Business development experience, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
-
Demonstrated project management and stakeholder relationship skills
