As we strive to develop a world-class practice, we are seeking a Senior Consultant who is passionate and eager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for supporting our clients to put Humans@Centre and assist them with managing their Change journeys during (technology) transformations. Next to the change management, we have also a variety of client projects, such as: Skills strategy & strategic workforce management Culture assessments & Leadership development HR transformation Key Responsibilities As a member of the People Consulting team you’ll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences. In your role as a Senior Consultant focusing on change, you will be expected to Drive projects with a focus on the design and delivery. Devise the optimal approach to operational transformations & change management within a specific technology client context. Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement plans to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives. Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights and feedback from employees, ensuring their voices are heard in the change process. Design and implement communication strategies to effectively convey change initiatives and their benefits to all levels of the organization. Build client capabilities in operational transformations and change management, through design and delivery of training programs, on-the-job coaching, and set-up of appropriate continuous improvement structures. Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives with other business processes and projects. Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EY’s expertise in this domain. Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
