Job Summary:

The Solution Architect is a highly skilled senior role with industry leading architecture and design expertise to support one or more programs. He/she has a deep end to end understanding of architecture standards and platform solution

development expertise.

The End User Technology Experience requires a seasoned Solution Architect to provide technical guidance on Application development, Microsoft Platform solutions, and lead customer service applications. Candidate must be a self-starter with Agile framework experience and provide RISK/Technical architecture leadership.

Essential Functions of the Job

The Solution Architect:

• Architect and Design platform solutions needed for a complex enterprise

• Manages the technical dependencies across the different products and services

• Provides guidance on complex production designs, applications or system problems.

• Solution design will include the creation of reusable, repeatable IP and artifacts

• Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance O365/Azure services

• Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for first of a kind solution implementation

• Lead Agile sprints in product owner capacity and mentor technical staff on newer design sprints

• Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability experience and design standards, etc.

• Identify, communicate and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout the development lifecycle.

• Responsible for the solution planning, migration, architecture, development, and delivery; works with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop and implement solutions in agile environments, provides support for new Share Point deployments and migrations from older platforms; builds Intranets, branding, enterprise applications and collaboration systems.

• Responsible to propose with a custom solutions & collaboration with business application owners, project managers, designers, engineers, and infrastructure teams to build a quality experience for users.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• History of working credibly with senior stakeholders

• Adapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or escalating issues using advanced oral and written English communication skills.

• Strong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications

• Ability to work with people in a variety of cultures, countries and time zones

• Demonstrate excellent technical & architecture skills in the context of cloud-based platform/product design, service management and product lifecycle management

• Demonstrate ability to rapidly learn new and emerging technologies and developing a vision of their suitability

• Serves as the lead solution architect for customer service solutions

• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365

• Experience with Service Now, Azure Iaa

S and PaaS services:

• Experience with Business Intelligence analytic tools

• Designed, validated, and implemented Power Apps and Power BI solutions

• Platform Expertise using Microsoft Graph, Power Apps, Flow and market place apps

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, BOT Framework, RPA and virtual agents

• Knowledge of python, AI stacks, CNN’s, RNN’s, AI Fluency, NLP, Digital Twins, Metaverse, Data preprocessing.

• Knowledge of UI/UX, branding, and document management, Custom solutions development, search and metadata configuration, business analysis, business process automation, and workflows. Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Flow, Share Point Technologies (Windows Share Point Services, Share Point Server, Info Path Forms

• Services, Forms, PowerShell scripts, Migration tools (Sharegate, Doc Ave, Cloudiway), Excel Services, Search,

• Business Data Catalog and Web Services), Power Apps, Flow, Power BI, Security & Compliance, Data Governance, Classic and Modern UI, PowerShell, Power Apps, Flow

• Knowledge of Intranets, public websites, applications, Proposal Management Systems, Project Management

• Information Systems, product or service sites, business development, process automation with forms and workflows.

• Knowledge of Classic and Modern UI, Power BI and Share Point integration & so as building knowledge of automated process and workflows (using various tools & technologies).

• Knowledge of Agile Development, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), System Development Life Cycle

• Methodology (SDLCM), Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF), Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF)

• Build technical artifacts for Engineering and product owners

• Brings proven industry leading technical expertise of the product(s)

• Good understanding of the financial aspects of the product management

• 5-10 years’ experience in an Architecture role

Other Requirements:

• The role may require minimum travel, participate in workshops, coach/lead engineering teams and available in US/UK business hours

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology or Business Management

Experience:

• Approximately 17 years of experience in a comparable executive leadership role.

Certification Requirements:

• TOGAF, O365, Azure Paas, Iaa
