The opportunity

When you join EY Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing financial transparency, spearheading competent accounting practices, and guiding organizations to meet their regulatory commitments.

Your key responsibilities

Oversee and lead the accounting and financial reporting processes for our clients: AR, AP, fixed asset, GL accounting

Prepare financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS

Prepare management and other financial reports, provide comprehensive assistance to clients in the preparation and oversight of their budgets and financial performance

Prepare tax returns

Delegate tasks and supervise a team of 2-3 people

Maintain long-term collaborative and profitable relationships with our clients

Attributes to thrive in the role

Professional experience in accounting position

Experience in delegating and managing a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English languages

Strong interpersonal, team working and leadership skills

Attention to details and accuracy

Experience in an international environment would be an advantage
