About our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team at EY Parthenon

We specialize in providing advisory services in transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and due diligence. Our Transaction Diligence team focuses on conducting thorough analyses that enable our clients to make informed and strategic decisions in their transactions. We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Mexico and contribute to excellence in financial analysis and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence within M&A transaction contexts, preferably with prior experience in BIG 4 or investment banking, focusing specifically on financial due diligence.

• Proven experience in financial due diligence projects (sell-side and buy-side), quality of earnings (QoE) reviews, EBITDA analysis, working capital, and cash flow.

• Experience working with corporate clients and private equity funds in buy/sell processes.

• Mastery of financial accounting, consolidated financial statements, and reporting under IFRS, US GAAP, or NIFs.

• Experience in deep financial analysis, financial modeling applied to transactions, and identifying red flags.

• Knowledge of M&A processes, restructuring, and deal strategy.

• Experience leading multicultural teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct external information analysis and data processing.

• Carry out multisectoral financial analyses (concessions, banks, logistics companies, distributors, among others).

• Perform financial and strategic analysis across different sectors, including KPI calculations.

• Analyze EBITDA, working capital, net debt, and cash flow, with an emphasis on buy and sell transactions.

• Identify and propose adjustments to transaction pricing.

• Lead and guide junior analysts in project execution, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the analyses performed.
