Technology Consulting, Platforms, Service Now
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1693802), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Minneapolis, MN.
Assists clients by providing insights and recommendations on how Service Now aligns with and can support specific business objectives. Implement and optimize Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) (HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Lifecyle Management etc.) solutions for clients. Collaborate with EY’s People Advisory Services, Service Now and client teams to understand and capture business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for Service Now configuration. Conduct thorough analysis of client's existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Leverage tools, templates and enablers to plan for and initiate HRSD implementation efforts. Capture the right details needed to enable HRSD capabilities such as case management, knowledge management Employee Center Pro portal design, GenAI capabilities, onboarding and offboarding workflows and integrations with other HR systems such as Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HRSD and others to build end to end HR operations workflow solutions using Service Now. Work with EY’s Global Delivery Services team located offshore and guide them to configure integrations between Service Now and third-party systems, tools, and databases, utilizing REST and SOAP APIs. Work with Architects to determine data management strategies, including data import/export, transformation, and cleansing, to maintain data integrity and consistency within the Service Now platform. Develop custom solutions and integrations as necessary to enhance the functionality of Service Now platform per the client’s requirements. Direct and develop the creation of training material for training end users on how to utilize Service Now HRSD capabilities. Provide comprehensive training to clients on the usage and administration of Service Now platform, and provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Participate and host scrum meetings with the offshore development team by providing technical expertise, design & architecture guidance throughout the design, build and testing efforts.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field and 5 years of work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept an additional 2 years of work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
Must have 4 years of Service Now implementation experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Must have 4 years of Service Now consulting experience to external clients at a professional services firm, including providing insights and recommendations on how Service Now aligns with and can support specific business objectives.
Must have 4 years of experience in leading Service Now client design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops, and interacting with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources.
Must have 4 years of Service Now experience designing and implementing customized reporting processes and integration components tailored to client needs.
Must have 2 years of experience leading and coaching teams of Service Now consulting professionals.
Must have 2 years of experience integrating Service Now with other systems using APIs.
Must have 4 years of Service Now experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
