Executive Assistant General Information Location: Dublin Business Area: CBS Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract 6 and 12 Months As an Executive Assistant at EY Ireland, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, working closely with our most senior leaders and partners. Your expertise in business communication will be key to building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will encompass: Supporting senior leaders/partners in their daily activities Managing and organising complex schedules and meetings Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics You will have the autonomy to develop these relationships and grow with us in a solution-oriented, collaborative and diverse environment. Key Responsibilities Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for allocated Partners Provide comprehensive diary management, making decisions on your own initiative to resolve conflicts and maximise Partner time Proactive travel management to include researching and booking travel, creating detailed itineraries, and assistance with visas Facilitate logistical arrangements and attend events as required, proactively ensuring appropriate meeting spaces and catering is available Collate and process expenses and invoices ensuring compliance with policy and approval process Prepare and submit timesheets Engage with Partner teams to understand business needs and priorities Provide administrative support to strategic internal projects where required Liaise with EA’s within the wider team and the entire EY network Additional responsibilities may require you to Ensure documentation is prepared in advance of meetings Manage communications and monitor Partner email inboxes taking appropriate action, escalating, or delegating accordingly Prepare and revise internal / client documents prior to circulation Maintain client databases and updating contacts in our CRM system Skills and attributes for success A proven track record of supporting and working at senior executive level A strong, confident communicator with both excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and clients Ability to build relationships with and work as part of a team, ensuring seamless service to the firm and clients Meticulous attention to detail Confident in exercising own judgement and make decisions to prioritise, challenge, negotiate and influence Ability to balance multiple and competing demands and remain calm under pressure A solution-orientated approach to situations and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, growing environment Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Outlook What we offer We offer a competitive remuneration package that rewards you for your individual and team performance.
