Key responsibilities: - Manage the preparation and maintenance of payroll data to the highest levels of accuracy and performed timely - Prepare various reports to meet clients’ needs - Assists to establish and manage the payroll administration for new clients - Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement - Up-to-date with key technical and functional skills and industry trends - Encourage and facilitate collaboration among team members and promote an inclusive working environment - Able to identify and help manage any potential issues and risks during a client assignment - Support and lead certain engagement activities from planning through implementation Job requirements: - At least 2-3 years working experience in the same field at a foreign-owned company or services agencies - Preferably some work experience with the relevant authorities (PIT, SI Agency, Labour Department) - Good knowledge of the Vietnam Labour Code - Familiarity with PIT compliance requirements including the calculation and preparation of PIT returns - Familiarity with SIHIUI compliance requirements including preparation of statutory reports, filing SI claims and obtaining HI cards - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Good attention to detail - Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English What working at EY offers EY offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with your work experience, where you will be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
