Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Location: Delhi NCR/ Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Pune/HYD Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Engineer with extensive experience in firewall management, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and Zscaler modules (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) to join our dynamic team. Experience required: 3+ Years Key Responsibilities: Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of network security solutions, including firewalls, IPS, and Cisco ISE. Architect and deploy Zscaler modules (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) to enhance cloud security and optimize user experience. Operational Management: Oversee the operational activities in 24x7 environment of network security devices, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support to L1/L2 resources for network security and Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) incidents and issues. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network security configurations, policies, and procedures. Prepare and present reports on security posture, incidents, and compliance status to management. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to network security technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the security posture of the organization. Experience with SASE/SSE strategy and migration programs. Exposure to Zero Trust Architecture frameworks. Automation with Terraform/Ansible for network/security. Experience with Zscaler modules (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), WAF/ Reverse proxy/ Email Security would be an added advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in network security design and operational activities. Strong expertise in firewall technologies (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet). Experience with Zscaler modules (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) and cloud security solutions. Proficiency in Cisco ISE for identity and access management. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, Zscaler ZCCA/ZCNA) are highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
