The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance department for a 6-week contract. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting our internal processes by ensuring the organization and compliance of our document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the Finance and Benefits & Compensation teams.

Assist with the preparation, organization, and filing of documentation related to payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.

Contribute to various ad‑hoc administrative tasks supporting payroll, compensation, and benefits operations.

Review and assess benefits and compensation documents, identifying items to update, archive, or remove based on relevance and compliance.

Organize and restructure digital folders within the storage system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and compliance with internal guidelines.
