What role you will play in our team

The Process Control System Analyst will provide technical support, lifecycle maintenance, and enhancement of high‑risk, business‑critical third‑party applications used in Process Control environments. This role is part of a global program operating under Agile principles, offering opportunities for collaboration across distributed IT teams and direct engagement with business partners and external vendors.

What you will do

• Test and implement systems upgrades.

• Provide technical support and guidance for Terminal Automation Systems.

• Enhance system reliability and performance by leveraging modern technologies.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge resources.

• Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with business users and software vendors to resolve issues.

• Adhere to best practices for change control when implementing solutions.

• Engage with global team members and customers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

About you

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• Unix, Linux,

• Windows server,

• SQL Stored procedure,

• Experience and good knowledge of Unix/Linux or middleware environment

Nice to Have skill sets:

• Business analyst experience

• Developer experience

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Cloud Technologies Experience

• Basic knowledge of network and firewall
