Exxon Mobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.

Exxon Mobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

Exxon Mobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other Exxon Mobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

What role you will play in our team

Lead execution of Add Co-leveraged product development and deployment projects (MG/MGP)

• Align with PLM on project objectives and deliverables (leveraging PPM)

• Execute TDM process to deliver new MG/MGP products

• Work with PLM and Procurement (e.g. issuing RFI/RFQ) to identify best offer from a cost and supply perspective

• Main interface with additive companies for MG/MGP products

• Collaborate with Add Co and OEM Technology Advisor / OEM Technology Specialist to obtain product claims, support Marketing for product launch

• Execute product deployment related activities for MG/MGP products, including coordinating MFRs, PMo Cs, ECRs with Midstream

What you will do

• Develop new MG/MGP products

• Effective communication with additive companies and 3PPP suppliers

• Define projects with PLM

• Annually agreed project Objectives & Deliverables (O&Ds), work goals

Skills and Qualifications:

Master’s degree or above in Chemistry/Allied subjects from a recognized university with a CGPA score of 6 and above

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Industry work experience

• Good knowledge of technical tools

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Solution seeker – ability to critically evaluate different solutions to address need

• Commercial intensity – ability to drive product to commercial success, not just commercialization

• Ability to manage risk

Preferred Experiences:

• Excellent communication skills

• Business relation skills

• Technical degree (e.g. chemical engineer)

• Excellent program management skills

• Excellent multi-tasker, able to work multiple projects in parallel
