What role you will play in our team

As a Vendor Master Analyst, one is expected to follow the procedures outlined in the Payables Handbook (PHB), as well as any country‑specific work instructions. The role involves interacting with Exxon Mobil affiliates, suppliers, banks and internal staff. Major issues and decisions are communicated to and aligned with the Supervisor.

What you will do

Establish and maintain the Vendor Master File in a controlled environment, ensuring the integrity of Exxon Mobil’s data.

Prevent duplicate payments by applying proper controls and validation checks.

Process daily requests across various ERP systems in a timely manner and with a minimal error rate.

About you

A detail‑oriented, organized professional with strong analytical skills, solid prioritization and time‑management abilities, and clear written and verbal communication. Someone who consistently follows processes and controls, and manages relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners with a strong customer‑focused mindset

• Fluency in English.

• University degree.

• Strong team player: committed, organized, and equipped with solid analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• SAP knowledge.

• Accounting knowledge.
