Come be part of the Product Solutions department of Exxon Mobil Business Support Center Argentina S.R.L. Exxon Mobil at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Buenos Aires, with more than 20 years of presence in the country and a workforce of more than 2500 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located at Catalinas and Puerto Madero areas.

What role you will play in our team

• Fuels Revenue Management Product Owner. Part of I&BT (Innovation & Business Transformation) Commercial Analytics Team. Functionally reporting to Fuels and Sustainability Solutions Product Manager.

• Location: (Torre Boston), Retiro, Buenos Aires.

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog and roadmap based on business value, cost of delay, and stakeholder input.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, value proposition, and desired outcomes.

• Facilitate communication, clarify requirements, and ensure features and user stories are well-defined and meet acceptance criteria.

• Support the development and adoption of analytics solutions, ensuring business process readiness and value delivery.

• Balance competing priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and provide input on architectural decisions.

• Ensure features are tested, validated, and deliver measurable business benefits.

About you

Required Knowledge/ skills/ experience

• Strong proficiency in data and analytics, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights. Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx and/or PBI/Tableau preferred, but can be learned in the job.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to synthesize multiple requests, negotiate, and drive issue resolution.

• Business acumen, systems thinking, and the ability to lead and coordinate across diverse groups, Agile framework.

• Proactive, collaborative, and able to say “No” when necessary to maintain focus and priorities.

• Potential careers: Engineering (no IT), Data Analytics

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

• Data analytics, proficiency in Alteryx and SQL preferred.
