Exxon Mobil in Singapore

Exxon Mobil is one of Singapore’s largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S**$25** billion in fixed asset investments.

We have manufacturing facilities that include an integrated world-scale refining and petrochemical complex in Jurong and Jurong Island, a network of service stations under the Esso brand, operate a lubricant plant and are a supplier of cylinder cooking gas. Exxon Mobil provides customers and commercial markets in the region with ground transportation, industrial, aviation and marine fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

As Singapore serves as the AP hub for some of our businesses, we employ about 3,500 people across positions in operations, projects, commercial, corporate support functions and others.

What you will do

• You will quickly cultivate an understanding of Exxon Mobil’s businesses and relationships with senior leaders to understand their critical hiring needs

• Be a trusted strategic advisor to Exxon Mobil’s leaders to ensure process rigor and efficiency in the pursuit of attracting and acquiring the best talent for the company

• You will develop and execute comprehensive search strategies with your business leaders to ensure an efficient and polished process for hiring managers and candidates alike

About you Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience

• 10+ years of progressive Recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions

• Language: Advanced English

• Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond LinkedIn) as well as partnering with a sourcer to find the best talent for our roles

• Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution-oriented

• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize

• A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery

• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

• Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead

• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
