What role you will play in our team
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our P&GA team. This role will lead the development of visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling. The ideal candidate will combine strong conceptual thinking with advanced technical skills to deliver impactful graphics that support strategic communication initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers will be key aspects of this position.
What you will do
Creative Design & Execution:
Develop innovative and visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and print materials.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with marketing, web, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering skill development and creativity.
Assist in maintaining efficient workflows and best practices within the design team.
Quality Assurance & Innovation:
Review and refine design outputs to ensure accuracy, creativity, and alignment with project goals.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
About You
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
-
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design); familiarity with digital design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
-
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
-
Knowledge of digital design standards, responsive design, and print production processes.
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
-
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print platforms.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools.

Illustration skills for custom artwork.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web-based design.

Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.

Ability to manage multiple projects and lead design initiatives.

Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.

Collaborative mindset and ability to influence stakeholders.

Adaptability to evolving design trends and technologies.
