What role you will play in our team

This role will be part of Microsoft Exchange and Share Point Design and Engineering team performing Exchange and Share Point architecture design type activities in the Messaging & Content Management Service. The team is responsible for providing integration, design, and development of Messaging & Content Management infrastructure and consulting on tools & application integration, Security & Controls documentation (Risk Assessments/Security Models/Risk Mitigation), design documentation, and implementation instructions for Messaging & Content Management infrastructure.

What you will do

• Design Exchange & Share Point server setup for company based on project requirements, security and controls. Require ability to provide a high availability coexistence messaging and content management design across forests

• Design/implement other application integrations with messaging and content management environment

• Collaborate with various Exxon Mobil IT teams to ensure Exchange & Share Point design, implementation and migration activity integrates and syncs with other technology e.g., AD, desktop, network, etc

• Build Exchange & Share Point server e.g., end to end messaging/content management environment including policies, SMTP relay, mailfow, Teamsite farm etc

• Identify and provide report on Exchange and Share Point resources required

• Develop scripts to automate activities

• Documentation of all related Exchange & Share Point server design, security models, migration plan, progress, etc with regards to the project

• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to L1/L2 support in relations to the migration/messaging activities

About you Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree from BCA/BS/BCA/BSc or engineering from a recognized unviersity

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in designing and engineering team performing Exchange and Share Point architecture.

• Intermediate knowledge on Share Point 2019, Share Point Online and all its component

• DevOps experience in AWS/Azure

• Advance PowerShell/Terraform

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:

• Communicates fluently, orally and in writing, and can present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Adaptability to time pressures and changing priorities
