Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.
Escapia is Expedia Group’s vacation rental property management software (PMS), helping professional property managers run and grow their businesses through powerful, easy-to-use B2B SaaS technology and the strength of Expedia Group’s marketplace. The Escapia Marketing team drives awareness, adoption, and engagement with Escapia among existing and prospective property management companies through integrated marketing programs.

We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist who will focus on SEO optimization, paid media strategy, and event/webinar coordination to help us reach, educate, and convert integrated partners in the vacation rental ecosystem.
In This Role You Will: SEO & web optimization

Own on-page and off-site SEO optimization for Escapia web properties and partner campaign landing pages (metadata, headers, internal linking, structured content, image optimization).

Partner with content strategy owner to define and prioritize SEO content opportunities that align to partner and product priorities.

Monitor keyword performance, organic traffic, and conversion behavior; recommend and implement tests to improve search visibility and lead quality.

Collaborate with web production and SEO specialists across Expedia Group to ensure pages follow technical SEO and accessibility best practices and are optimized for performance.
Paid media & performance marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., search, social, display, retargeting, sponsored content) to drive qualified leads, product sign-ups, and event/webinar registrations.

Work with our agency to optimize and test new paid lead generation campaigns and manage paid advertising

Work closely with our Sales team to identify opportunities to improve lead to new contract conversion

Track and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, pipeline/revenue impact); use data to test, learn, and iterate quickly.

Ensure campaigns align with Escapia brand guidelines, EG marketing standards, and partner co-marketing agreements.
Events, webinars & partner co-marketing

Coordinate virtual and in-person events and webinars, from planning to execution and post-event follow-up (agenda, speakers, content, invites, logistics, and partner alignment).

Work closely with Escapia’s partners to build compelling co-marketing programs (joint webinars, case studies, conference sponsorships, email nurtures, and content syndication) that highlight the combined value of Escapia plus partner solutions.

Own campaign timelines, project plans, and stakeholder communications for events and webinars, ensuring a seamless experience for presenters and attendees.

Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to activate pre- and post-event campaigns that drive attendance, nurture leads, and support pipeline and adoption goals.

Measure event and webinar performance (registrations, attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline) and make recommendations to scale or refine programs.
Experience & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, demand generation, or partner marketing; experience in B2B SaaS strongly preferred.

Hands-on experience with SEO optimization (on-page and basic technical), web analytics, and keyword research tools.

Direct experience planning and optimizing paid media campaigns (e.g., search, social, or programmatic) with a track record of meeting performance goals.

Experience coordinating events and/or webinars end to end, including working with internal and external stakeholders and managing timelines and logistics.

Comfortable working with marketing and sales technology, experience in a multi-partner ecosystem or marketplace is a plus.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
