We are looking for an experienced, high-ownership Product Manager to join our core** Money & Crypto** team, bridging traditional fiat payments with cutting-edge crypto infrastructure.-This position is based in Limassol, Cyprus, and requires on-site work Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Own critical money-movement flows end-to-end, including deposits, withdrawals, payment methods (cards, open banking), and crypto/wallet transfers.
• Cross-Functional Lead: Act as the main POC connecting Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance with external vendors (PSPs, custodians, on/off-ramps).
• From Requirements to Shipping: Translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear specs, collaborating with engineering on APIs and integrations.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze funnels, define KPIs, and prioritize fixes based on customer impact and business risk (using Mixpanel, Databricks, etc.).
