About This Opportunity

We are looking for a SW Tester to join our team. Your role will span all quality-related activities, including requirement analysis, software design, test strategy, test automation, integration, verification, simulations, tools development, Product Lifecycle Management support, and product documentation.

You will join a Lean, Agile, cross-functional development team focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing. The team develops and executes test cases, ensures full technical documentation, adheres to project technical standards, and guarantees the quality and reliability of systems and applications. You will thrive here if you enjoy problem-solving, exploring new features, collaborating across teams, and leveraging GenAI to boost testing efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Drive strategic technical leadership within testing and quality assurance.
• Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
• Develop, automate, and test high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide customer support when needed.
• Develop and execute test cases using established methodologies, tools, and languages.
• Ensure complete and accurate technical documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in products, processes, and test coverage.
• Utilize technologies such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Robot, Karate, Playwright, Cucumber, Appium, Java, Python, JavaScript, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), Git, Docker/Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL, REST, monitoring tools, security testing tools, and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Apply Agile/DevOps practices, TDD/BDD methodologies, and modern automation strategies.
• Grow technical competence and collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, Shell Scripting
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (Cucumber, Selenium, Karate, Jive, Junit, Playwright, Robot Framework)
• Experience with Linux administration,Oracle/SQL databases, and Cassandra.
• Skills in web/backend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, REST), Git, Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring, security testing (OWASP ZAP, Burp), and performance testing (JMeter).
• Skills with test management tools such as JIRA, Test Rail and others
• Knowledge of product development and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Understanding of telecom business domains.
• Experience with Agile ways of working and CI/CD environments.
• Ability to work effectively with people, collaborate across teams, and build strong networks.
• Capacity to innovate, adapt to change, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Strong planning, organization, and delivery skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model of work in Indaiatuba, São Paulo or São José dos Campos.
