About this opportunity

The Trade Compliance Global Operations’ unit is securing Ericsson Group’s compliance with all applicable trade compliance laws and regulations i.e., Export & Import controls, Customs, Sanctions & Embargoes. Trade Compliance Global Operation supports all internal functions to carry out their business objectives in an efficient and compliant manner and is now looking for a candidate located in Belgrade and supporting a cluster of countries (Serbia, Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania and Bulgaria).

What you will do

• Secure adherence to the trade compliance directives & policies.
• Implement the Internal Trade Compliance Program (ITCP).
• Be responsible for the Customs governance and the coordination with the appointed Customs Brokers.
• Interact with Customs and Export/Import Control authorities.
• Secure that Trade Compliance related activities are conducted in compliance with applicable legislation.
• Provide subject matter expertise to the internal organizations (stakeholders).
• Secure, operate and maintain import/export permits/licenses (dual use material).
• Secure adherence to the Embargo & Sanctions directives & policies.

The skills you will bring

• Solid and proven work experience in the area of Export/Import Control (Dual Use regulation)
• Solid and proven work experience in the area of Customs
• Solid and proven work experience in the area of Sanctions & Embargoes
• Fluency in Serbian language is required
• Fluency in Montenegrin language is a plus
